This website "TripsGuru.com" and its family of websites (will be collectively called the "Portal" from here on) is published and maintained by TripsGuru Travel Services, a division of TechnoTryst Web Solutions ("TripsGuru"), a company registered and existing in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. These Terms and Conditions of Use and any additional terms posted on this Portal together constitute the entire agreement between TripsGuru and you with respect to your use of this Portal. The place of arbitration shall be Madurai, India. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English or Tamil language.
13. These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
