Pune is a city located in the western Indian state of Maharashtra, a fascinating city a healthy climate all the year round. Located in the Sahyadri mountain range, near the Western Coast, Pune was the bastion of the all powerful Maratha Empire under the reign of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj.
