Dona Paula - डोना पाउला

A small resort has grown up here on the cape that divides the Zuari and Mandovi rivers. Except at weekends it is a quiet place with tourist accommodation interspersed with fishermen's houses. There are extensive views, up the Zuari river, across the estuary to Marmugao, and out to sea. Passing dhows contrast with the iron ore barges loading the bulk carriers offshore.
