How to reach

Linked by air. Baroda airport is 8 km northeast of the railway station and is linked with Delhi, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, and Pune.

Rail

Well connected Ahmadabad (112km). Baroda railway station is located on the northwestern part of the city. As Baroda is on the main Ahmedabad-Mumbai line a number of trains pass and stop at Baroda.

Arrival and departure

Vadodora is connected to Mumbai, Pune, Delhi and Ahmedabad by regular services of Indian Airlines, Jet Airways and Air Sahara. On the main line from Mumbai CT (5 hrs) to Ahmedabad (7 hrs) and Delhi via Kota.

Baroda is 100km south of Ahmedabad by rail and 392km north of Mumbai. Baroda is located on National Highway No. 8 connecting Delhi to Mumbai via Udaipur, Jaipur and Ahmedabad (112 km). State Road Transport Corporation (SRTC) buses connect Baroda with major towns in the region with buses to Ahmedabad leaving the bus station every 30 minutes.
