Agartala - अगरतला

Agartala is a city that is filled with people of diverse cultures and backgrounds this due to the fact that the state is completely surrounded by diffrent states and Agartala itself is situated just a couple of miles from Bangladesh.

Agartala the capital city of Tripura is tucked in the northeastern part of India. Set close to the neighbouring state os Bangladesh Agartala is rich in flora and fauna. Agartala in Tripura is a laid back administrative centre gained prominence when Maharaja Krishna Manikya shifted his capital here in the 19th century. This market town for rice tea jute and oilsedds is the commercial centre of the region surrounding it. Agartala also owns an airport with connections to Kolkata.
