Cordon Bleu (Multi-Cusine Restaurant) The Cordon Bleu, our multi-cusine restaurant serves you authentic local delicacies from the Vembanadu lake - 'Karimeen' Pollichathu, (fish wrapped in banana leaves straight from the pan) Prawns, Crabs, Oysters and a variety of products fresh from the lake. The spicy chicken - 'Kozhi Varautharachathu' and the 'Syrian Christian duck Roast' are the traditional local favourites.
