Set up in 1977, the park is located in the Andaman district covering an area of 2 Sq.km. The nearest town is Long Island 60km and the airport is Port Blair at a distance of 200 km from the park. The fauna consists of dugong, dolphin, water monitor, lizard etc. The best month for visiting the park are December-April.
