Set up in the year 1981. The park is spread over an area of 1938 Sq.km in the districts of Sidhi and Sarguja. The nearest town Sidhi is 60 km away from the park, railhead Jora 20 km away and airport Khafuraho 270 km away. The fauna found in the park are leopard, Indian wolf, Chinkara, Sambhar, nilgai etc. November to June are the best months for visiting the park.
