ASM Technologies Ltd (ASM) was incorporated in 1992. It operates mainly in the IT services segment. The company offers ERP package services with SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards and Microsoft enterprise products. The company also provides technology solutions such as system software, outsourced product development, network & telecom services. The company provides onsite, offsite and offshore services from its development centres in Bangalore and Chicago, US. It also has international offices in the US, UK, and Singapore. Some of its major clients include IBM, Honeywell, Reliance Industries, SAP, Sony, ONGC and Xerox. During FY07, ASM earned close to 73% of its revenue from the domestic market, while the rest was generated from exports to the US, Singapore and Middle East region.
