ABM Knowledgeware Ltd (ABM) was incorporated in 1993. Its operational segments include software products and IT services. ABM provides services in the areas of e-governance and systems integration and carries out its operations through its two distinct divisions - the software & services group and the system integration group. ABM's products for e-governance include ABM MOIS 2000, ABM CARE, ABM MAINET, ABM SWS and ABM AQUA. ABM has tied up with global IT companies like Microsoft, Oracle, IBM and Sun Solaris. During FY07, ABM earned bulk of its revenue from the domestic market. ABM's clientele includes Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai, MMRDA, MRVCL and Thane Collectorate among others. ABM has also completed customised ERP development & implementation for its client DPA in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Within seven years of its foray into the E-governance space, ABM achieved the distinction of winning the prestigious award of "The Best Technical Organisation in E-Governance" in India adjudged by the Ministry of Information and Communication Technology, Govt of India and IIT Delhi.

Additionally, we have the practice of SAP implementation. We have developed the exclusive skill required for providing Subject Matter Expertise required for SAP implementation in large govt organisations. This practice also includes services for enabling 'Change Management' during and after "Go Live" of the SAP implementation. This skill is found to be critical for e-Gov clients for sustaining the investment in e-Gov projects. This skill coupled with ABM's overall E-gov expertise is unique in the industry.
