The Jayachamaraja Wodeyar Golf Club is named after the late Maharaja of Mysore, Jayachamaraja Wodeyar. It has well-maintained greens, and conducts nearly two dozen tournaments in a year. Jayachamaraja Wodeyar Golf Club is affiliated to the Indian Golf Union. The club also promotes junior golfers, by conducting free coaching camps. It also sponsors them for state and national tournaments.
