Mobor is a beautiful beach, which is very popular among the tourists. The pristine and serene beach is ideal for those who want a break from the madness of the city. Just relax with lot of sun tan lotion and get a marvelous tan on your skin. Relish the authentic Goan cuisine and fresh seafood at the beach side joints at very reasonable prices. There are provision of beach umbrellas and reclining beach chairs for the convenience of the tourists.
Mobor Beach is the last section of beach, separated from the next stretch by the River Sal as it meets the Arabian Sea. The beach is wide, the sand yellow, and there are beach shacks selling food. A couple of 4 star hotels are located here including the ‘Holiday Inn’, as well as 5 star ‘The Leela’ and it is a walkable distance (quicker by beach) from Mobor into Cavelossim.
This area attracts lots of dolphins and most of the trips taking holidaymakers to spot them set off from here. If you are into the local wildlife, do go up the River Sal to see the bats, their wing-span can reach up to a metre. This area is stunningly beautiful and should be high on your agenda of places to visit.

Climate
Goa experiences a moderate climate throughout the year without major variations in the temperature. The temperature rises from 24°C to 32.7°C during summers and drops from 21.3°C to 32.2°C during winters. You may require light woolens for the month of December and January, but light cotton clothes are suited for summers. The season of monsoon is from June to October and receives almost 320 mm of rainfall.
